We are a venue-only property, providing the stunning setting and infrastructure to bring your day to life. While we don’t directly provide lodging, catering, or décor, Lockhart offers an abundance of nearby Airbnbs and charming boutique stays, and we maintain an open vendor policy — giving you full freedom to choose your own team. If you’d prefer guidance, we’re happy to recommend trusted local caterers, florists, planners, and musicians who know the space well and share our passion for effortless celebrations.

The main gardens can host ceremonies for up to 2,000 seated guests, while the square accommodates reception dining for around 500 guests, with surrounding lawns offering graceful overflow for celebrations that grow well beyond the square itself.

At the heart of Luna Gardens is The Gardens, a romantic open-air setting where winding pathways, blooming flower beds, sweeping lawns, pond views, and the event square come together to create a setting that feels both serene and unforgettable. The grounds also feature a stage around the old pecan tree and a dramatic 48-foot half-circle stage just off the square, giving the property multiple focal points for ceremonies, music, and celebration. It is a space that shifts beautifully from intimate ceremonies tucked into the landscape to larger gatherings under the open sky, allowing each wedding to feel personal, natural, and completely its own.

Our full-day wedding venue rental includes:

Private access to the entire garden property
Ample free parking for all guests
Use of all three performance stages and lighting
An air-conditioned private green room / get-ready suite
Professional on-site audio system with wireless microphones
Eight folding tables and 30 folding chairs, often used for vendors or service areas

The venue is intentionally flexible, so guest seating, décor, tables, and linens for the wedding itself are not included. That gives you the freedom to design every detail around your own aesthetic.

Reservation includes 16 hours, from 8:00 AM to 2:00 AM
Additional time is billed at $200 per hour
Our peak wedding season runs from April through November
Our quieter season falls between December and March
Outside alcohol is allowed

Parking is available, including field parking for larger events

📋 Cancellation & Planning Notes

Booking fees, deposits, and payments are non-refundable. If an event is canceled within 30 days of the booked date, the full estimated charges are billed.

Event insurance is recommended for weddings and large parties, and additional insurance may be required for concerts or special events involving product or beverage sales.
